About Amy
Amy uses evidence-based medicine and preventive care to empower her patients to live better. She listens to patients' unique needs and helps them to achieve their health goals. She enjoys working with patients at every stage of life including older adults. Amy specialises in LGBTQ care. She is certified by the American Academy of HIV Medicine to provide primary care for people living with HIV. She lives in Northern Virginia with her wife and cat, and rides her motorcycle to work. She volunteers in the parks as a certified Master Naturalist and can usually be found running or hiking our region's beautiful trails. Amy earned her master's of science in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and is a certified Adult Health and Gerontological Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
