Yes, One Medical offers Pediatric Services (newborn - 17 years old) in many of our office locations. Please visit our Pediatric services page to find out if we have a Pediatric office location near you; Pediatric offices are also offered in Alabama, Colorado, and Kansas City. Check with your employer or One Medical to confirm whether Pediatric Services are included as part of your employer-sponsored services.
Spouses and dependents can follow the same activation instructions as you did. Your partner and/or dependents will need to register as individuals, which creates their personal medical charts. You can help your eligible dependents set up their account, but dependents over the age of 13 will need to accept the terms of service themselves.
One Medical offers on-site laboratory services on a drop-in basis, with no need for an appointment. Our staff will put you at ease, draw your blood and collect other specimens in an anxiety-free environment. Your healthcare provider will order any specific tests you need.
Coverage of third party laboratory services are generally not included as part of your employer-sponsored services and may be billed.
One Medical is committed to protecting the privacy of your Protected Health Information (PHI). Necessary One Medical staff will use and disclose your personal health information in connection to your treatment, payment for your care, and our healthcare operations. All of our employees and physicians are required to maintain the confidentiality of PHI and receive appropriate privacy training. *Direct primary care (DPC) service availability and billing may vary by location, local legal requirements, your employer’s policies and your insurance plan type. The retainer medical practice/DPC services provided by One Medical in exchange for a set fee paid for by your employer (the “DPC services”) do not constitute comprehensive insurance coverage. You should continue to obtain and maintain insurance for non-DPC services. As part of the DPC services, One Medical provides only the limited scope of primary care services that are specified in your DPC agreement. Third-party services and products, including external lab processing fees, medications, and immunizations, as well as primary care services provided at our offices in Raleigh-Durham and Maryland, are generally not included in your DPC services. Check your DPC agreement, One Medical at 888-663-6331 option 2 or with your employer to confirm whether any third-party services or products or pediatric and family services are included in your DPC services. All fees associated with the DPC services are charged to, and paid for by, your employer and are not billed to your insurance carrier. You will be responsible for payment for all other services not specified in the DPC agreement. You may cancel your DPC agreement at any time by contacting your employer. Any refunds resulting from your cancellation shall be provided to your employer.
