I am a Remote PCP, which means I exclusively care for patients virtually in Remote Visits. I've been practicing primary care since 2005. I bring international experience and am fluent in five languages. My approach is based on lifestyle medicine as the first step in treating a variety of conditions and promoting health. I have been facilitating lifestyle group visits for metabolic health, sleep, stress, and anxiety. I am certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Integrative Medicine and also hold a master's degree in exercise physiology. Please note that I do not practice Functional Medicine and typically refer to a certified practitioner.
How I stay healthy and happy
Eat a balanced plant-based diet, try to have some activity and movement daily (yoga, gardening, tennis), and playing music.
