Alex, a compassionate provider, uses a holistic and patient-centered approach to medicine prioritizing building relationships with patients that help support and guide them to optimize health outcomes. She enjoys caring for all individuals from various backgrounds and welcomes people of all gender identities and sexual orientations. She is especially passionate about preventative and public health and seeking ways to limit health disparities through improving the social determinants of health.

Alex leads an active and adventurous lifestyle involving climbing, hiking, running, cycling, yoga, swimming, kayaking, camping/backpacking, and traveling. She enjoys finding her creative side with cooking, photography, painting and ceramics. And she loves spending quality time with friends and family.
