Sarah is a compassionate provider who creates a safe environment for patients to openly discuss their health-related concerns and goals. Using an evidence-based approach, she empowers patients with the education and resources needed to best promote individual health. Sarah engages in various mind-body therapeutic practices to support her own health and loves being outdoors. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, creating music, and traveling whenever possible. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
