You’ve been referred by Marin DPH for vaccination

In order to receive the COVID-19 vaccination, you’ll need to sign up for a complimentary One Medical temporary membership. This allows you to use One Medical’s app or website to book your vaccine appointment, get appointment reminders, and access virtual care if you need it.

Sign up and download the app to book your vaccination appointment. This temporary membership should cover the time required to receive both doses of the vaccine, and is available only to those referred by Marin Department of Public Health who are currently eligible for vaccination.

Please be prepared to show proof of eligibility at your vaccine appointment. Limited appointments are available for eligible individuals. If you’re unable to find an appointment, please check back – more appointments are published regularly.

A temporary membership with One Medical does not guarantee an appointment or other access to COVID-19 vaccines. Supplies may be limited and eligibility requirements apply.
