Give The Gift Of Health With A One Medical Membership
It seems like stores start stocking the shelves with must-have holiday gifts the second Halloween is over, and this year has certainly been no exception. But if you’ve been racking your brain trying to figure out which tech gadget, clothing item, or on-trend offering to nab for someone special, you might want to think about a present that’s a little more personal and a lot more practical: a One Medical membership.
Wondering how a truly unique form of primary care could be the perfect gift? Wonder no more:
Why does a One Medical membership make a good gift?
If you believe that health is the greatest gift there is, then bringing a loved one into the One Medical family is pretty much a no-brainer. By gifting a membership, you’re not just giving someone access to 24/7 video care, easily bookable appointments at over 60 offices nationwide, and a talented team equipped to answer any questions they may have (although they’ll get all that too) – you’re really gifting a comprehensive and unique healthcare experience. One Medical delivers peace of mind and prioritizes personalized care, provider-patient relationships, and preventative medicine.
Who would benefit from a One Medical membership? Who can I gift this to?
The real question is, who couldn’t you give this to? One Medical believes primary care is essential for everyone. Our team is equipped to address everything from common illnesses and mental health concerns to chronic diseases and pediatrics. Whether you’re looking to improve the wellness experience of an older relative or a friend’s brand new baby, we’ve got you covered.
How do I gift a membership?
If you’re a current member, then you already know how simple the sign-up process is. And if you’re not, then you’ll get a taste of our headache-free system when you gift a membership. Simply click this link and follow the instructions to input your payment details and your recipient’s contact info. That’s it. You can purchase a membership for someone else whether you’re a member or not and you can gift that membership to anyone you choose.
How does the recipient activate their membership?
Once you purchase your gift, the lucky recipient will receive an email letting them know about your generosity. Clicking the link in that email will allow them to activate their membership — if they’re brand new to One Medical, they’ll go through the standard registration process, and if they’re a current member, they’ll click a separate link and fill in their personal info. Current memberships will then be automatically extended by one year from their current expiration date. So if your recipient has a current membership that’s set to expire in September 2020, your gift will enable them to extend their membership through September 2021.
How long does the gifted membership last and how much does it cost?
Each gifted membership lasts one calendar year and is priced at $199.
How can a recipient renew a gifted membership?
We’re hoping your recipient loves One Medical so much, they’ll keep coming back for more. If they want to renew their membership at the end of their year-long gift, they can do so seamlessly, just by clicking the link in their annual renewal email. They’ll be asked to then input their own credit card info, and once that’s complete, they’ll have another year of comprehensive care in the bank.
