Alyssa Korenstein, MD
New York
Doctor of Medicine, a common medical school degree for physicians. MDs at One Medical typically specialize in family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics or pediatrics.
Cultivating long-term, trusting partnerships with my patients and their families is important to me because it allows me to best support my patients in achieving their goals. Continuity with patients across a diverse range of concerns is one of the main reasons why I went into family medicine. In addition to providing general preventive care and management of chronic medical conditions, I particularly enjoy caring for entire families, allowing me to focus on pediatrics, adolescent medicine, and women’s health including reproductive health and contraception.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring new and long-time favorite restaurants, traveling, comedy, and rooting for New York sports teams.
