As a provider, I am passionate about helping patients optimize their health and be proactive about preventing chronic diseases. I find it important that the patient and I work as a team, so that each patient feels empowered to make informed decisions to help manage chronic health conditions and set goals for their overall health. I am especially focused on preventive health, evidence based medicine, and women's health.

How I stay healthy and happy
I love to use both nutrition and exercise to keep myself and my family healthy. This includes cooking at home, strength training, and yoga. In my free time, I love to travel, hike, and spend time with my friends and family.
