Amber Robers, NP
Gilbert
Nurse Practitioner, an advanced practice degree for primary care providers who complete master’s-level training and board certification and who practice medicine independently. Related degrees include ANP (Adult Nurse Practitioner), FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner), WHNP (Women's Health Nurse Practitioner), and APNP (Advance Practice Nurse Practitioner).
I worked in the ER as a registered nurse for 10+ years prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. Since 2016 I have worked in primary care. My top priority when caring for patients is forming a team with them and working together to create treatment plans for both acute and chronic illness. I strive to treat each patient to the best of my ability while ensuring that both patients and their loved ones comprehend the different possible methods of treatment. Education is the most rewarding part of being a nurse practitioner in primary care. I see patients of all ages.
