I am a holistic healthcare provider who approaches each patient as a unique individual, taking the time to understand their lifestyle, health history, and personal wellness goals. By building strong therapeutic relationships and actively listening, I develop personalized care plans that support optimal health and well-being. My practice is grounded in integrative medicine and guided by clinical evidence. I have a strong interest in disease prevention and treatment through lifestyle interventions, following the principles of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. My clinical focus areas also include weight management, peri/menopause care and mental health support. To maintain my own well-being, I follow a balanced, nutritious diet and stay active through yoga, hiking, and my newest passion—tennis. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling and spending quality time with my family and friends.
