Bertrand Vandeville, DO
Greenbrae
Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, or DOs, are fully licensed and board-certified physicians who practice in all areas of medicine. DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.
About Bertrand
Born and raised in France, I entered the primary care field to provide patients with a more holistic approach to health. I believe that osteopathic medicine allows me to connect with the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of each patient through strong, evidence-based knowledge. Before joining One Medical Group, I spent 15 years balancing my time between my private osteopathic medicine practice and a community health center serving underserved communities. My desire to merge both practices led me to One Medical, where I integrate evidence-based holistic and osteopathic approaches. I practice good listening and communication skills to offer informative, caring, engaging, and intuitive care. I particularly enjoy treating complex chronic diseases such as cardiovascular, pulmonary, diabetes, hypertension, lipid management, and digestive disorders. Additionally, I find satisfaction in working in areas like men’s health, osteopathic manipulations, musculoskeletal issues, mental health, and stress management. To stay healthy, I enjoy running, eating nutritious meals, and practicing mindfulness techniques. I also love horseback riding, hiking, traveling with my partner, dining with friends and family, and listening to classical music. I attended Université des Sciences Pharmaceutiques in Lille, France, and Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. I completed my residency and served as chief resident at USC, and I am board-certified in family medicine.
