I believe in treating each individual as a whole person, not just the part that bothers them that day. Keeping this focus allows me to better identify the root cause of an issue and provide an effective treatment plan for my patients. I also love to incorporate less traditional methods for symptom control including topical treatments, breathing exercises, stretching, acupuncture, etc.
How I stay healthy and happy
High intensity interval training, yoga, traveling the world, spending time with my husband and dog in Tahoe.
