How I stay healthy and happy
To stay healthy and happy, I love embracing the great outdoors with activities like hiking, backpacking, and paddleboarding on the Sound. Spending quality time with my toddler brings me joy, and I enjoy staying active through consistent workouts at Orangetheory. At the end of the day, I unwind and destress with a good book or Bravo show. These activities help me maintain balance and bring positivity into my life, which I believe is essential for providing the best care to my patients.
