Prior to becoming a NP, I served as a Registered Nurse in emergency, trauma and intensive care settings since 2006. I also taught nursing students at Grand Canyon University and I continue to be a lifelong learner.||I have a passion for for holistic care, with a focus on mental, physical, and emotional health. I enjoy partnering with patients through a positive relationship in order optimize health.

How I stay healthy and happy
I do my best to follow the advice I give to patients, embracing an active lifestyle. I love hiking, virtual reality workouts, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. I love baking, crafting, movies, scuba diving, and travel. My weekends are spent with my husband, Boxer dog, and church family.
