How I stay healthy and happy
I stay active through running, yoga, and Barry's classes. I enjoy making music through singing (as a member of the Chicago Gay Men's Chorus) and playing piano; traveling the United States and the world; spending time with my husband Kyle, family, and friends; and cooking and exploring the Chicago food scene.
