I have been a nurse about about five years and have worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years. My goal is to educate and assist in the development of tools that people may use to help take charge of their spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy spending time with my family. We enjoy playing outdoors, vacationing in new places and playing tennis. I value self-care and enjoy going to the gym and pampering myself.
