I truly believe in the importance of creating a relationship with my patients when it comes to their health. I love to take my time and listen, then collaborating together on the best treatment plan. This allows my patients to ask questions and feel very comfortable with what was discussed and decided before leaving their appointment. I believe this is why patients love to see me, follow up with me, and ultimately have success in their healthcare goals.

How I stay healthy and happy
I love to exercise in my at-home garage gym and do classes on my Peloton bike. I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two young daughters, who are 5 years old and 2 months old! We love to go in our pool on the weekends and travel to the mountains of North Carolina during the holidays!
