How I stay healthy and happy
I love to run, lift weights, hike in the mountains, ride my bike, kayak, rock climb, you name it. I love cooking with my husband with produce from our garden. In my spare time I like to volunteer at animal shelters to help dogs and cats get adopted or fostered!
