Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, or DOs, are fully licensed and board-certified physicians who practice in all areas of medicine. DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.
I understand that putting your trust in someone with something of utmost importance as your health can be intimidating, and I will do my best to make sure you feel heard and understood. I enjoy getting to know each of my patients and I try to understand individual needs and fears in order to break barriers to delivering optimum care. I strongly believe in shared decision making, pairing my knowledge with my patients' goals, and aim to empower them when it comes to their health. I am especially passionate about women's health, mental health, and weight management.

How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy being active, especially volleyball, working out, and going for walks. I also love cooking nutritious meals and testing new recipes. During my free time, other hobbies include anything creative (photography, interior design, DIY projects), planning/hosting events, and spending time with my loved ones (including my two cats: Cannoli and Godiva).
