How I stay healthy and happy
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy staying active and practicing mindfulness through hot yoga, which helps me recharge both physically and mentally. I also love playing tennis, which allows me to stay active and connect with others in a fun, social way. These personal passions help me maintain balance in my own life and inspire me to encourage my patients to engage in physical activity and self-care.
