Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, or DOs, are fully licensed and board-certified physicians who practice in all areas of medicine. DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.
As a dedicated Family Medicine provider, I value meeting patients where they are in their health journey, whether it's preventing chronic disease, optimizing their health while living with chronic conditions, or creating achievable goals that align with their lifestyle. I believe in a collaborative approach, working closely with patients to ensure their care is personalized and rooted in evidence-based medicine. My clinical interests include women’s reproductive health, sexual health, and lifestyle medicine, all of which play a crucial role in my commitment to promoting long-term wellness and empowering patients to take charge of their health.

How I stay healthy and happy
I love spending time outdoors whether it's taking long walks, hiking, or relaxing at the beach. I’ve recently taken up pickleball (still learning!), I also enjoy a good mystery/thriller novel, attending country music concerts, and spending quality time with family, friends, and my two cats.
