I was born and raised in Maine, but lived in Washington, DC for 24 years before moving to Frederick, MD last year. I enjoy working with people and helping them achieve positive change in their lives. I have more than 25 years of social work and therapy experience. I have worked in a variety of settings throughout Washington, D.C., and Virginia, including community mental health clinics, hospitals and private practice.
