About Katharine
I seek to help parents and families as well as individuals find healthier ways to live, interpreting the medical literature as it applies to each person’s life. I think it’s important to seek a measure of grace for the bodies we have and find how to live in them with joy and purpose. I especially enjoy going on the journey of pregnancy and parenting with my patients, exploring what’s known scientifically and what’s just advice from a fellow traveller with the goal of raising happy and healthy kids. I also have plenty of non-parenting patients.
To stay happy and healthy I try to get outside regularly in boats and on bikes and I'm slowly trying to make my backyard into a farm.
Education
I earned my medical degree at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York before completing residency at Tufts - Cambridge Health Alliance. I'm board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
