How I stay healthy and happy
I love spending time outdoors, whether playing golf, biking, hiking, or savoring the beauty of nature. I find joy in the simple things, like eating a perfect salad or cheering on my favorite English Premier Soccer team. I also enjoy meeting new people, traveling, and experiencing live music in any form. Kindness and a smile come naturally to me, and I take great pride in my three adult children.
