I primarily work with adults and help with management of their chronic conditions. I enjoy utilizing a team-based approach. I always want patients to feel as though they are also involved in the decision-making process for what will work best for them. Autonomy is an important aspect of healthcare. In order for the best health outcome to occur, I think it is crucial that my patients are active participants in their treatment plans. Patient satisfaction should never be a "number's game."
