I enjoy speaking with patients about their health goals and the things that matter most to them. I spend time getting to know my patients, listening to their stories, and educating and empowering them to feel their best. I try to make sure my patients feel heard and supported through their healthcare journey. I have had the privilege of getting to know so many of our wonderful patients, and I look forward to many more!

How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy cooking, walking, hiking, reading, spending time with friends and family, and traveling - especially to the mountains and the beach.
