I aim to make each patient feel comfortable and empowered in meeting their health and wellness goals. I like to get to know each person and customize their treatment and education to suit their lifestyle. I have an interest in women's health issues, public health, and preventive medicine.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy spending time with my dog, reading, running, and attending group fitness classes. I also love to travel to new places, gardening, and catching a baseball game or a concert.
