How I stay healthy and happy
I stay happy and healthy by engaging in a variety of activities that nourish both my body and soul. Gardening allows me to connect with nature and enjoy the satisfaction of nurturing plants. Creating art through painting and drawing allows me to express my creativity and find joy in artistic pursuits, while traveling broadens my horizons and introduces me to new experiences. Spending time with my cats provides me comfort and companionship, adding a daily dose of affection. Finally, relaxing by playing video games offers a fun escape and a way to unwind, balancing my life with moments of pure enjoyment and creativity.
