My intention is to provide a safe and healing space where my patients feel heard and seen. I enjoy collaborating with patients about the health concerns that are important to them and creating goals that are individualized and empowering. With compassion and empathy, I focus on the whole person, and however you show up, I will meet you where you are. My experience includes Addiction Medicine, Gastroenterology, and I am certified as an Integrative Nurse Coach.

I strive for a balance of work, play, and rest. I am passionate about dance and am a hip hop dancer. I work out at the gym regularly with a particular focus in powerlifting. I find peace in nature. Quality time is my love language and I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and community.
