Shelby Armstrong-Kager, DO
Culver City
Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, or DOs, are fully licensed and board-certified physicians who practice in all areas of medicine. DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.
My approach focuses on helping patients feel capable and confident in managing their health, fostering a sense of ownership over their well-being. I believe in offering compassionate, personalized care that accompanies individuals in their journey toward better health. With a focus on LGBTQ+ health and Lifestyle Medicine, I strive to create an inclusive, supportive environment where patients of all ages and backgrounds can achieve optimal health through preventive care, education, and whole person approaches.
