Getting to know my patients and building meaningful relationships brings me great joy. Recognizing that everyone has a unique background and diverse cultural experiences, I see the patient-provider relationship as an invaluable privilege. I prioritize active listening and empowering you to take sustainable steps toward your health and wellness goals. My approach emphasizes shared decision-making and meeting you where you are, so together we can find solutions to your health needs and enhance your quality of life. Collaborating with my patients allows us to make informed health decisions, taking into account individual challenges and needs. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care through patient education and evidence-based medicine. While I value all aspects of primary care, I am particularly passionate about preventive care and supporting my patients in managing acute and chronic health conditions, mental health, and overall well-being.

How I stay healthy and happy
I cherish spending my free time with my husband and two young sons. We have fun cooking wholesome, plant-based meals together, going on nature walks, throwing rocks into the creek, and exploring new playgrounds. I love traveling and discovering new places with my family as well. I also enjoy learning to play the piano, practicing yoga, rowing, and indulging in the occasional nap. These activities keep me balanced and energized, helping me bring my best self to my patients every day.
