Victor Gaur, DO
New York
Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, or DOs, are fully licensed and board-certified physicians who practice in all areas of medicine. DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.
I believe establishing a trusted primary care relationship will help promote positive health outcomes and disease prevention. I seek to work with patients on an individual basis to help address their health concerns and provide guidance where needed. I’m comfortable providing care for all age ranges, including adult care, pediatrics, and well-women examinations. I’m particularly interested in preventive medicine, exercise and weight management, as well as chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy running and finding new walking paths through Central Park. I also enjoy cooking healthy meals at home with my family.
