The people-centric approach to medicine is what brought me to One Medical. I believe the best approach to health is a holistic view that encompasses the mind, body, and soul. I like to empower my patients to make healthy choices and I sincerely believe lifestyle and prevention go a long way to help us lead healthy and productive lives. I am a fan of integrative medicine and I feel medicine goes beyond pills and involves human connection. I believe we all possess an innate ability to heal.
How I stay healthy and happy
I love great food and discovering new gastronomy to delight the senses. I like visiting new and different places. I like to contemplate the art and architecture of world capitals, but I also enjoy going off the beaten path and exploring the natural wonders and majesty of our Earth. I find a good mountain hike or a nice run in the park helps me recharge. Of course I love spending time with my beautiful family. I love soccer, classic rock, EDM, and most of all warm sunny days with clear blue skies.
