1. What if my client has questions or would like to schedule their first appointment?

   Your client may call us at 888-405-6396 and our team will help answer questions and schedule their first appointment.

2. What types of information and/or resources can you provide brokers?

   Our team is available Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm EST to answer your calls and emails — you can contact them at 800-482-4672 or sh-agent@onemedical.com. They are your immediate point of contact for your concerns, client issues, and partnership requests. Additionally, they can help onboard your client and schedule their first appointment.

3. Do you only accept adults 65+ at One Medical Seniors?

   Our One Medical Seniors offices are for Medicare-eligible individuals. Knowing that seniors have health needs that are unique to their age group, we’ve built a team and space uniquely tailored to them, but we can provide care to any Medicare beneficiary. We have team members who are passionate about caring for aging adults and are experts on the health issues of seniors.

4. Which plans do you accept?

   We accept traditional medicare with or without most supplement plans at all of our practices. Our Medicare Advantage plans vary by state. Please see below for some of the plans we accept in your client’s state and feel free to call us at 800-482-4672 if you have questions about whether we participate in their particular plan.

5. Which Medicare supplement plans do you accept?

   We accept Supplement Plans A – N at all practices. To find out if we can accept another supplement that your client may have, call us at 800-482-4672.

6. Do you have specialists or imaging in the office?

   We have an onsite lab at each practice and a behavioral health specialist available to patients as needed. We do not do imaging or have additional specialists in our offices. We refer our patients to their preferred providers, or have recommended providers that we work closely with if our patients don’t already have one.

7. Which hospitals can you admit to/do you work with?

   We help our patients navigate the healthcare system and work with specialists/hospitals that provide them with exceptional care. Therefore, while we will work with everyone who is in-network with a patient’s insurance plan, we prefer to work with specialists/hospitals that are open to working collaboratively with us for the benefit of our patients to provide the highest quality care.
